2. Payments

Payments must follow the agreed schedule. Work will only begin after the initial deposit is received. Any late or missing payments may result in delays or temporary suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must share accurate project information, timely feedback, and provide all required files or content. All materials submitted must be legally owned or fully licensed by the client.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and content created by TriCore Studios remain our property until full payment is made. After payment, ownership rights transfer to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

5. Results Disclaimer

TriCore Studios applies industry-standard practices, but performance results (such as rankings, traffic, conversions, or downloads) depend on many external factors and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

TriCore Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products or services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all completed work and any ongoing tasks up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
